Food, Fitness and Fun at Beech Hill College

Who said that food, fitness and fun couldn’t go together! Beech Hill College has successfully completed a healthy eating and exercise week and all involved had lots of fun into the bargain.
During this week various aspects of the growing problem of obesity among young people were addressed.
The school canteen sold low fat and low calorie foods. All confectionary was replaced with low calorie snacks and free fruit was available to every student.
